i just created my own pandora bat and magic mem stick all on a 3.80 official firmware.

downgraded and installed to 3.71m33, upgraded to m33-4.

just today upgraded to 3.80m33-2

all you need to do is:
http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=94439

Memory Stick Easy Installer http://dl.qj.net/index.php?pg=12&fid=14749&catid=193

- Power off the PSP.
- Insert the "Magic Memory Stick" into the PSP.
- Remove power cord (if plugged in) and insert the JigKick Battery into the PSP.
- It will power on itself. Your Wi-fi and memory stick light will glow for a second.
- Press square and the PSP will ask if you want to flash the ID-Storage as well. Never use this option unless you know what the risks are with ID-Storage. The PSP will be flashed with your NAND dump after you press X.
- Or before that step press X to flash a standard 1.50 Update, Ready to have a custom firmware flashed to it.
