Hellcat's Pandora Installer for 3.xx Revision 3

does anyone know how to use this installer. i tried to use it on my psp that has 3.70 ofw and whenever i try to run the application, it says "game cannot be started- 80020148". has it worked for anyone else? thnx....

afraid to say it cant be run on OFW only 1.50OFW or CFW Sorry :(

it said in the read me files that it will only work with 1.50-3.71 kernels. so if you had a cfw like 3.71 M33, it wont work. the installer is supposed to be for people that don't have cfw or 1.50 kernels.

If you use this, you dont need to do all that stuff with CMD to format the memory card and stuff right?
