How to take your PS3 Out of Demonstration mode

PS3 Demonstration Mode Unlock Code:



In security settings press and hold select + square + L1 and L2


Then enter one of these following codes which is related to your version number

Code: [Select]

1.5x code: 5202



1.6x code: 7568



1.7x code: 0506



1.8x code: 7712 or 7259

This will only work for that session, and will revert back to Demonstration Mode if you have not updated to another firmware, so have the update handy on a USB Drive to do it quickly.
