This is my xbox 360

List of products/mods:

XCM smoke black case
XCM core cooler v.2 blue
30mm 12v fan placed in between core cooler fans to help control fan flow
12v stock fan mod
piece of sheet metal cut from the heat shroud from the original case and attached to the top of the gpu heatsink to pull airflow across the whole heatsink
mesh cut out from steel chassis around the stock fans and behind the front usb ports for better airflow without cutting the case
hole cut out from bottom of the steel chassis to expose the original x clamps with a led strip to illuminate the clamps(pics dont do it justice)
dvd drive lid cut to the shape of an "x"
rol board smd change to bright blue and uv purple(for some reason they turned out blue in the pics)
4" cold cathode for some serious lighting
internalized wireless adapter with working usb port in rear
hdd drive window with leds

what a mouthful!

This Is my first case mod, I started it before christmas and got really busy with other consoles and repairs and snow removal, but I spent most of today working on it again , just added 20 leds and sound activated, just did a short video its dark but shows up good when it lights up, thanks to AM and a friend of mine for getting me involded in more then just playing xbox..lol

Remember when you were in middle school and they use to have the jigsaws for making puzzles? thats what i used cuts came out really clean and hardly any sanding , saved me alot of time, thanks to my dad and grandfathers old tools they still work great to day..

My 360. I added the grating instead of glass to increase air flow over the CPU. I may still do a ring of light for it probably UV.

So I built this xbox a ways back. It came back with 3 lights. I will get around to fixing it soon. But I figured while I had it I would take some pics and share it with you guys. It's a benQ and its been flashed. It has had some other mods... 12v fan mod, clear intake fan, back lit by leds. Blue on with power and red on fan speed control: ie hotter the redder . There used to be a trim ring around the fan but , I don't know what happened .

It's nothing special but I figured I would share while I had in my possession still.

I have a elite now but this is my old baby, I put about 8 hours in labor on this thing, not including the hours overnight to let the paint cure. It took a

on me with the red ring so I got it working and sold it while still had the chance. I beveled the edges and used real glass for the window.

my xbox 360 im working on started in fall of 2011 right before it was getting too cold thought i could finish it before it got cold guess i was wrong this was the only piece that got wrinkles in it so now im sanding them out and making it smooth to redo it
