Motherboard Problem (URGENT)

My speakers are not working and it gives off a buzzing sound which is very small.When i change the motherboard with my sis but using everything the same, speakers, power switch, etc..., the speakers work.I dun wanna change to a new motherboard. So can any1 help mi??? My motherboard have the led of wifi and mem stick swapped.2 resistors for wifi and mem stick bridged.and a few hot glue.i tried removing the hot glue but it still didn't work.
