need new video card...advice?

i've got a gateway labtop with  a turion 64 amd processor and it runs xp but i have vista available...it doesn't play games and videos very well..so i was wondering if i could install a better graphix card or video card or whatever it is? anyone have any advice

You can't upgrade video cards in laptops...
