Acidmods Theme

I havent discussed this with anyone but i'd like to make it happen.

At present I don't know how to make the theme but thats what we have the dev guys and robin for

If someone would like to categorise the most common apps so we can get an icon for them all then that would be greatly appreciated

I've only jsut jailbroken and nothing works -_- Stupid 1.1.5 dont get it ... EVER!!!
Summerboard, as with most things are incompatible and Customise doesnt open -_-;;

And wqhile whoever works on that I'd like the art team to make some bg's.

Increase the dpi to 200ish for a crisper image

Acidmods Themed.
Preferably in Blue, red or green however you have artistic liscence so be creative

Dev guys can you jsut give me a heads up on any complications we might run into, If any.

Thats about it, Once all the aforementioned has been completed then we can start on the icons.

This is the original Wallpaper.



There were 2 different colour variations and those will be our main BGs.

The rest dont have to be AM themed they can jsut look cool so its up to you guys

The rest Will become available to know when i think it up

But there will be at least 2 icon sets, One With a funny box around it and the other free standing for example.

thats a much simpler thing to follow.

gives you the dimensions etc of the stuff.

and it seems like custom icons for the 3rd party apps may be possible - we just name them the same as the app so for installer you would have a 59x60 icon called installer.png and it would go in the folder

/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/AcidmodsTheme/Icons/Installer.png

if you catch my drift. it seems very simple to do - we could even start knocking out multiple themes if we so wish

also here is an example of a theme and how it is laid out and compiled its very easy. plus it has the icons etc alread done up so its just a cas of replacing the images with acidmods themed ones or just really kwl looking ones

i sugest we do 3 colours to start with choose which one you want

electric blue
electric green
and red

you should really ask chase as he is the one meant ot be leading this but those are my suggestions

The reason I gave examples was to priamrily show that you can convert photos into renders but it didnt work :3 lol

You can redraw an image add gradients lighitng w/e on top of the photo on a lew layer jsut set a new layer iwth white fill on 30% opacity to act as tracing paper (for this :censored:z'n'gigglez)

Or you can do it like my stereo render or Ghosts desktop render and draw from scratch obviously ones easier than the other btu sometimes yoru imagination is better than the real world
