My first ice race

Is coming up on sunday after one of my friends managed to convince me to try it out.  He's a hardcore racer (legally) and I used to do illegal street racing.  But after I nearly killed someone a few years ago I stopped racing completely.  Now he's managed to convince me to try my luck at a legal sanctioned event.
