Check with your ISP, I get that problem with bellsouth and have to go through turning off and on and that ain't the solution, but logging into the modem itself. If it's an IP issue, then this is you main problem, or else goto Start>Run>cmd>type ipconfig> check the Ip> if theres none showing> type ipconfig/release> then give it like 10 seconds and type ipconfig/renew to give it new ips.
