un silverifiing trim

hey...doe anybody know how to take da paint of the silver trim to make it that awesome gray/white color.......
[without scratching] ...btw i already tried nail polish remover...and no luck...should i just leave it soaking in it or something.......[it might melt or something]

there is this crazy invention that lets you get what ever color you want. its called paint.

Sand the entire thing with at least 600 grit wet/dry. It will take some time, but you will end up with the plastic underneath.

yer sand it down with that realy fine paper that you use with water, it may work through the paint job down to the plastic under.
