say I wonted to create a site for psp firmware and things. would i have to ask around or what. i can get a domain name .

you would need to buy a domain and web server space from a hosting company you would then need the code for the site etc etc and if you wanted a forum you would need one of them. then you would need to try and get the members in. its a hard task to do but is possible
