Maybe have the text better stand out and set the red things to overlay so it goes over text

Yea the city doesn't "flow" with the picture
But other then that i love the style

i tried the first thing you said the band got there name from our housing development not linkin park. and ill try the pixel thing later just wanted some input. and you were drunk:P
edit: it got all pixely when i opened it up whats wrong? i tried the psd and png png is highest quality i thought.
