use this http://www.sendspace.com/file/65vyn1. Just stick it in the ISO folder of your psp memory stick and run it on the XMB. go through some menus to install some pandora stuff to your mem stick or battery.

Just run it on the XMB, its so simple to navigate through.

I have tried it and it works, i have unbricked many PSPs and this is the best application i have used.

No because its a iso file. which isnt compatablr with ofw. This can only be used on 3.71 M33 i think.
