Weird camera problem...any help?

I only posted this here because it is sort of Chat but also so I can get a lot of opinions.

First off here is the problem (to do with the picture itself, not the content of the photo):



My camera's phone keeps on taking pictures like this and I can't ever remember changing any settings. I have tried changing effects, white balance, ISO, etc etc. NOTHING works. I think it might be that the lens got a bit wet when I was on holiday a couple of weeks back but I don't see why this would happen. Anyone got any ideas?

Dunno much but My latop's camera has the same problem taking grainy pixel pictures and the laptop is only like a year or 2 old.

your lens could be dirty, clean it

if it still is like that, open it up and clean it
