I disagree, there are many amazing members here that dedicated themselves to AM

im not say anything bad its just you need good trusted people before promoting them to mod/admin

I think there's enough staff here...although I'm staff,so I can't really comment XD But as for globals, *Fufa, Skullmaster, and I are always on pretty much and keep things in order, so I don't personally think we need anymore.Admins, no,definitely not more. So I think staff is fine right now...
But that's just my 2 cents :P

I'd say its a mix of both. In terms of mods and admins, theres quite a few but it's true about someone mentioning time zones, most of the admins here are in the PGT (I think), while a good number of us are in different time zones, mostly EST and PCT. I'd suggest either makign a few US members like not full blown admins but part of the staff, or try to devote more time for the ones that are nocturnal to UK :P (trust me, I didn;t say it as an insult, if you devote 9 hours to AM, devote more and make the other members happy! )

Edit- Oh yah I mentioned it being overstaffed as well, but not in the actual staff. I'd say theres a HUGE amount of members in AM, over 4000 I beleive, yet I don;t see more then a good 50 post here. I suggest a good old fashioned forum wipe. Basically, wipe all members from AM who have not been on in about 3 months unless given a good legit reason. Ok: Got surgery/vacation/jail. Not OK: f*** it, I quit. I would even suggest adding some post count limitations, like they can't go into the auction section to buy and mabey sell unless they have at least 25 posts, and they can't look into any tutorials just to lurk around unless they have been on a certain time or have a minimum post count. But meh that's just what I think

ive been saying we need a clean up sinde I started here, but were not a "snobby" site so post limitations on some tings shuldnt be, but auctions, spam and vhat etc that the full time members use should havbe a required post count and other things that benefited proper members should only see

lol we need an irish mod,wot if somebody comes on and they only speak gaelic lololol i speak 3 languages (english,irish gaelic,french) fluently and am learning 3 more (cantonese,japanese,afrikaans)

We dont need  a uk mod. fufa and are on euro times. also robin and sim are uk.

we dont really need any more staff as we now have both admins and global mods that span at least 5 timezones. we have staff in asia, europe, UK, and USA. we have a lot of admins so that there is usually an admin on the site or at least an hour out from comeing on so that we can always be contacted with any problems that may arise. if you want later on i will give you the numbers for what staff we have and i agree topic are usually moved very quickly and problems hastely sorted out.
