Can you imagine what the world would be like if everyone was like this? How much better it would be? This makes me want to cry. Sometimes a hug is all we need to brighten up our lives. Love love love is all we need.

If you make fun of this, you have no heart, I won't say you don't deserve to live, but just sit and think about it. Sometimes a simple set of words is all you need to make to feel someone better. I can be sad sometimes, but my friend tells me just two words, and that makes me happy again. Right now, I'm sad and idk why, but this ties to it somehow. So take this seriously even if it is in Spam and chat. If a mod could move it into there that would be great.

i laughed so fricken hard at reapers post

this didn't really affect me much because although i know its within human nature to be harsh i also know that everyone does random acts of kindness, because all humans want to know what its like to give to another human. (although in that things case he probably shouldn't have)

i dont need a youtube video to tell me any of that, also doesn't that fact that it was put on youtube take the edge off it, like the fact that hes trying to gain publicity for it?

Regardless of how anyone feels about this, if I saw someone coming down the street trying to give me a hug, i'm calling the police. Actions speak louder than words, but all hugs do is freak people out. If I saw someone with a sign saying "free hugs" I'm not going to feel any better about my situation

meh, im unimpressed by the vid, i hold doors for people and smile. say please and thank you, sir and mama. free hugs isn't going to cut it in the long run. respect is.

Exactly, it's humor that brings out the best in people, and the best in people have respect for one another when appropriate, like the examples above. just don't go calling people mama, ma'am is better LOL

i love sick puppies and im not ashamed to admit that sometimes i just want a hug or a cuddle it seems to make you feel warm inside and happy. just seems to make all the bad stuff seem not so bad

i sw this a while ago sweet song and yea its cool. but imagine how weird it would be at first seeing a guy doing that or having everyone randomly giving eachother hugs. not that thtat wouldnt be sick but whateves.

Excellent lol, me and my friends did this at the oxegen music festival in dublin last year, also in a snow patrol concert later in the year, the response was awesome... mainly as everyone was drunk

High fives just arent comforting enough lol, also the 5am singing around the campsites was well worth the head ache for the next few weeks... we didnt do the hug thing for signatures... just free hugs

me an a few friends once went around giving random people high fives and cheering extremely loud every time we got one. Then the Walmart police kicked us out. Albeit was 3am LOL
