Current PC Project
« on: March 02, 2008, 12:42:17 PM »
So I am going to be upgrading my current C521 dell desktop to hopefully a very well equipped gaming desktop that also looks nice. This is a list of components that i will be getting.

I already got 4 gigs of ram and i dont think i need much more than that for now.

If anyone see a confliction between something please note me of it.

im not a fan of dell's products but because your last system was a dell im assuming that you already have that monitor, but if you don't dont do it. for the same amount you can get 19in wide screen view sonic, or asus. but thats just my 2 cents. not a huge fan of the case but thats because i don't like doors. i like the HDD drive bays. but its going to be very hard to run your cables neatly because there is no way to come up from behind the mobo tray. but it should be about what makes you happy.

ya the only reason im going to get the dell monitor is because i already have the same exact one and like to stay within proportions when i daul monitor it.

with the cables i want to run then along the corners. Its going to be a little work and who knows i change cases when i get a good look at it.

my 900 had very poor cable management i took my dremel to the mobo tray. but not all of the cables on your PSU are going to be long enough to run them the way you want to.

its up to you, ive just got issues with cables kinda a pet peeve of mine
