Ok i cant find a offical firmware 3.52!!!!!

can some one send me a link for the official Firmware 3.52!!!!!!!! everyone i try its say file corrupted on my computer! i have winrar and when i open it and try get the eboot out its sat like erorr ! and this pops up???? what should i do? help me i cant even move the file out of the winrar program????? is just little thing pops up and it has 3 buttons saying like: close , Break Operation and copy to clipboard? what shood i do????????????????? thanks alot
