PSP Rumble mod help?

Well, I'm in the process of doing the rumble mod to my PSP and have everything done except solder the 5V and 3V lines. Wheres the best place on the motherboard (or anywhere else for that matter) to get the 3 and 5V from? I was checking with with my multimeter but it wasn't working properly and I didn't find to much out. Any suggestions? The tutorial was helpful, but not that helpful in the installation...
