RCO editor and decrypter??

well are there any rco editors and decrypters?
I have searched but haven't found anything...
So far I have just edited my wave with TGA wave :P
and the 01-12.bmp,made it black :D and now I have
only one theme color :D
I have 3.80 m33-5(not interested yet in 3.90m33)
and I want to edit the rest of the stuff.. plz halp!
