I downloaded it and I am half way done with my theme, but the icons have box around them. I want to have just the icon, and have everything else transparent. Anyone know how to do this?

If you are familiar with Alpha Channel on a picture, You can do this through Photoshop and I think you can do it in most advanced picture utilities. It's essentially making a black and white outline of the picture on a seperate Layer known as the Alpha. Nice thing is that you can pretty much cut out any part of the picture you want to.
