trouble after jailbreak

when i connect my touch to my computer, it shows up as camera. it doesnt show up in itunes or anything either. i bought the touch off of my friend so, uh yeaah...

This is a recognized error with jailbreaking, its because in essence you use the iPhone software, and the camera part is more dominant, and windows sees that first, cant remember the fix, as iTunes wont recognize it.
