psp chargers

is it ok to use a psp lite charger with a psp phat?
i know its a nooby question but i don't what to kill my only charger

Yeah its ok, both batteries are 3.7 volts, and chargers give out 5volts. You shouldent blow it up.. I put normal batteries in a charger and they didnt blow up. lucky me
having a higher post count doesn't earn respect in the forums, quality posts do.

i tried it and my charger got hot
not like melting but it never gets hot when i charge my slim
maybe its cause the slim has a smaller battery
