how do i get rid of watermarks!

ok i really want to know how i can get rid of watermarks using photoshop cs3 and without making the pic behind go all funny and weird?

not sure but unless there vectors or psd's i dont think you can as raster images cant be editing in such a way that you can just REMOVE it

one of the hardest to remove watermarks from are pics like these

if its a simple overlay then you jsut fill the rest with a white overlay and it looks as if it was never there then some other alterations to return it to its former glory of which can not be mentioned as it would be breaking the copyright rules XD

If its to remove the phenomenal designs from my sig, then i wouldnt even try, i do hard watermarks alot, only sometimes though, sometimes i do easy ones to get rid off (but they look better)

ok, back to topic;
look at this image i made, it has a watermark











There are 2 ways to remove it,
 one is to make a new layer over the text and fill it with the background behind
 two is to crop that part of the image off

thanks phen i figured it out i used paint lol  i tried it on that pic below witch i did not save without ur thingo or advertise as mine...!! im not that kinda guy anyways i acctully got rid of the watermark and yeh thanks phen
