Building own laptop external cooler

Hi guys. I will be building myself a homemade laptop cooler consisting of 5x 5V fans. So the the output of one usb port is 5 volts and maximum of 0,5A and the coolers i want to buy need 5V and 0,05A each. Now when i wire them in paraller circuit the voltage 5V will be applyied to each one of them (right??? ) and i am wondering if this could cause a harm to my usb port because 5 fans is quite a bit to run for one USB port. at worst you could draw to much power at witch point the usb ports would shut down and you would have to uninstall the drivers for them and reinstall them. arnt most laptop coolers battire powered or wall powered ?
