Replacement psp services

ok im not tryna lure anyone into being scammed as i have tried this before and the sellers have 100% positive feedback but i just wanna know if anyone else has tried it before, i tried one which was similar to this some time ago:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=260215006338&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=016 and it worked perfectly as described but my parents didnt know i just said i twas for a friend. but there are others such as this one: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Faulty-PSP-Exchanged-Free-Delivery-GUARANTEED_W0QQitemZ120227747405QQihZ002QQcategoryZ75556QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem but the only difference is that its a document and so i searched around and i think that this may be if it is a manufactured fault and replaced by sony by im not sure if the other more expensive one is the same so thats what i want to know...wether they are the same or the more expensive service covers faults done by myself as frankly my psp is damaged so much i cant be asked to repair it myself.

if Admins or global mods must then they can delete this if they wish but i really wanna know this info

It must be a fraud unless all this guy does is fix broken psp's...  , any ways, I never buy anything from people on ebay with a rank below 100...

well i have tried one of these services before similar to this one:

and it worked perfectly it wasnt a scam and this guy has 100% positive feedback and mostly from these services and he offers full refund if anything is wrong, so im not sure i may try this...
