okay anyone else u ziphone and they have the zorro sign on the desktop.. od the ipod/iphone

In installer get the update for the wiggly icons. Then hold your finger down in one spot on the home screen, and just touch the X and hit delete.

Alternatively you can just SSH into your iTouch and delete it under webapps. I don't remember the folder path though

or you could use winpwn instead which is an offshoot of pwnage tool for mac - they are both awsome apps and pwning an iphone is so much beter that ziphoneing it
