sony mic on go messanger only?

i have a off brand mic and go messanger dosent recognise it. its one that has 3 patitions on the jack then plugs into the slot on the right of the jack . it works on games like socom and killzone  but it says i dont have a mic pluged in when i try to send a message

It works o killzone?    the standard psp mic has 4 partitions - left, right, mic, ground

is go messenger an official sony deal or is it  a website you go to?

some ppl dont know but killzone id u go to downloads on the main page of the game and download updates there is online combat zone. ya i got a ghetto one only 3 partitions and a slot thingy for powere and ground i assume. to get go messanger update to 3.9 go to network on the bottom there is a new icon. its self explanitory from there

go messenger is now a offical app in sony psp, though it is surported by another site.

Maybe check settings, if it doesnt work then you need a sony mic or chotto cam
