i did a search and couldent find anything but what im wanting to know is it possible to put a slim mobo in a phat and make it work right? and is the phat and slim lcd compaditable as in if i can do this can i use a phat screen?

You probably can but I can't imagine it'd be the easiest of tasks. I mean for starters, the wifi switch has moved, the memory card slot has moved, the slot for the front panel of buttons has changed places on the mobo, I'm not too sure about the screen but I'm going to guess that even if it does fit into the proper ports on the motherboard it won't exactly be in the right places for the cables.

I'm sure you could do it if you're willing to put the effort in but I think you'd near enough end up with a custom case for it.

Anyway, back to my first thought when I read your post. Why? Are you looking to have more room within a phat case for some magical mod you're planning, if that's the case, what is the mod?

You can't. Everything has been redisigned into a smaller place. If you did get everything to fit, you still wouln't have enough room because you would have to raise everything up to the faceplate.
