onboard sound problem(solved by my self)

hi every time i install my audio drivers ( i downloaded of main site cos never had drive cd with it) for some resion the sound never comes on then i checked the device manager in control panel>system i have this



wounld anyone know my problem and how can i sort this out

my pc details (old)
amd 1.4ghz cpu
160gb hdd
