What makes the PSP power switch different from the ones you have is that for the power on/off function there is a spring which returns the switch to a centered position. The power on/off and standby functions are all activated by the same prong when connected with the ground on the switch (power off or standby is determined by how long the switch is held in position.) Hold is activated by a separate prong and and remains in effect as long as the prong is grounded (the switch wont return to the center from the hold position.)

So in short, you could use either the first or third switch you have, and just manually return the power switch to it's off position after powering it on (otherwise it will power itself down again a few seconds later.)

If you don't care about the hold function, you could get away with just using a single push button switch for power on/off and standby. Or use a push button switch and add your #2 switch for the hold function.

I don't have time right now to draw a diagram, but this should explain how the switch works. Assuming that you keep the original switch where it is on the power board, you can solder your new switch to the pins on the old switch according to this exquisitely rendered ascii diagram  .
