PSP power/charge led swap ( problem )
« on: April 02, 2008, 06:29:58 PM »
Hey acidmodders i have a problem trying to solder on my 0603 leds smd leds to the powerboard and before i solder the leds i tested them out first by just laying them on top of the positive and negative points, but it didnt light up and i tried it for both sides.

 Okay, a couple questions?

- Which are the positive and negative points for the 0603 smd leds
- Which are the positive and negative points for the PSP powerboard
- I accidently put soldering iron on two of the points while soldering my led and i turned on my PSP and i checked the powerboard again and removed the excess soldering iron connected to the two of the points and tried reinstalling my led again and still didnt work.... Okay could i have short curcuited the 2 points or whatver? My psp power switch still works so i dont know
- Do i have to solder the led it to light up?

P.S: Thanks for reading and taking your time on it hope you can help me and other modders with this problem and with this same questions  :#1:
