ok i got my ipod and u kno how u scroll thro photos and u clik set as wallpaper and then u clik menu button and  it there yeh ok but when i go to slide to unlock it there and i want t get rid of it being there

You can't get the wallpaper to NOT show up at the slide to unlock screen. It's coded into SpringBoard to always show up there, no matter what. Even when NOT jailbroken.
