Quick help question

so i was running 3.90 m33-3 and i wanted to do the psar dump thing for the memory stick to make it read faster, but when i was done it dint allow me to put music, or pictures on my psp anymore, so can someone tell me maybe how to reflash it back to 3.90 m33-3 defaults. please, or even if thats whats wrong.
