A friend told me that if you open the wii then you lose all the bonus features and can only play the wii games. I haven't looked into this and want to call him a lyer. But on my mind is what if hes correct?

Um... yeah. When you open it you pull on this cable that modifies the system's BIOS so that only Wii games are playable.

As ridiculous as using non-Sony A/V cables voiding your PS3's warranty... cause you know sony knows what video cables you have in your house when you send your PS3 in for a warranty claim...

When you open your Wii, I don't even think you lose your warranty.

There is no Void sticker like on Sony's consoles.

i can't imagine that being true at all....i even tried opening mine and messin around alil bit but i couldn't find a way to kick the features..so i say NO...
