Sony Pro Duo to SD Card Reader for PSP

Okay I know there is a product out there for the Fat Version of PSP the Double Memory Expander.

However All I want is to know is if there is some type of product I can purchase? or some type of diagrams I can make. For the PSP Slim

ive seen a video on Youtube for a 16gb SD card for the psp slim.
But it gives you vague discripition on how to make it. . .

is there anyone who has information on how to do this? and will the PSP support over 16gb on an SD Card?
