need upgrade for phat psp

hey everyone...i really need help on upgrading my phat psp....so my phat is running on 3.30oe....i try to put the update file from dark alex (thanks alot to him!) but its says the game cannot start....why?...

before this i succesfully downgrade my slim psp...it is using other method?...

just let u know i cut the 5th pin already...but didnt go in service mode....huhu..
