need a program,.. again

yes it's me again
and i'm looking for a program

i'm using some functions now for example: when i start rotating my mouse clockwise on the screen the program i am using will minimize etc..

and want something like that but for my desktop so when i counter clockwise rotate my mouse the icons on my desktop will dissapear and when i do it again they'll come back
anyone have an idea how to do is ?
or does anyone have a program which allows me to do that?

autoit does stuff like that havn't tried to see if it has capability with the mouse.  I know it works with the keyboard.  you have to manually create the program yourself though.

it's not exactly a program
it's in my control panel and it's from my video card (nvidia)
Nvidia nVieuw Desktop manager

I have an nvidea g-card. I looked in the control pannel for it but didnt see it.....

make sure u are looking at classical vieuw
u can try updating your card
