Whatever happend to Sil3ntP3nguin and his secret project?

I was just wondering, when I saw that new "Secret Project" It reminded me of Sil3ntP3nguins secret mod. He said he'd be done by summer, and its getting close, so I was wondering, what happened?

Based on the clues ive gathered, it has or probably has something to do with:

Super Fast Psp
Hex Editing
Touch Screen Psp from iPod Touch Screen

no, he gave up lol. he had like -200 in his bank account so he had to sell it all and quit. i wonder what he was doing with 2000$ of psp stuf?? lol
