Same as the lite if you think about it. It should be:
-Speaker in first
-Top LCD Set in place
-Chips set in place
-Cables placed in middle wedge hole
-Those black turning things (I have no clue on their name xD) placed inside the holes for the hinges
-Hinges aligned with the inside bottom case
-Top part of the DS should be done and top shell can be placed to close the DS
-Have all (but trigger) buttons placed inside inside bottom case
-Have bottom LCD/touch screen placed
-Mobo placed in
-Triggers placed in w/springs
-Cables should all be hooked up, from top to bottom screen LCD ribbon cable, the 2 small ribbon cables for the Touch screen, and the 1 big one for the LCD, unless you've had it connected, then 3 less cables for you to worry :p
-Screws have of course been set inside the mobo
-Close bottom shell, replace every screw, place battery, test it, if the screen flashes and dont turn on, open ds again, and depending on the screen that didn't flash, you'll have to replace the ribbon cable and retest it.
That should be everything from what I remember, but I woke up a few minutes ago, so I may have forgotten something or gotten something out of place.
