question about the yellow charging outlet

well i am trying to make a charging adaptor out of a male USB plug and the yellow outlet thing that you plug your ac cord into and i was just wondering if any one know if the pin in the middle of the yellow outlet is positive or negitive

it may be AC

the power plug is left positive right negative
