Psp Slim and CFW- How to convert?

       I have a psp slim that I would like to convert to cfw. I also have a pandora battery and a magic memory stick with 3.71M-33 files already installed. Originally, I purchased the pandora battery and the magic memory stick, strickly set up to be use for a psp fat that I also have. I was told that the pandora battery and the magic memory stick was also good to be use on a slim as well. Okay! This is where I have a problem. I took my pandora battery and the magic memory stick and put it in, but nothing happened. Odviously, I was told wrong. Can some one help me out with this. Thanks....

    EDIT: Before anyone says anything about the tutorial listed above about installing CFW to a slim, Yes, I read the tutorial and follow the instructions at hand including the downloadable link. Still, I couldn't get it to convert.

       Okay! Good news, I got it to convert, CFW on the slim. THANKS.....
