L2 R2 button mod on the Dpad and on the Analog stick?

Is it possible to do both and have like a switch to switch between the two? I want to know how to do it for my psp.

You do not need to have a switch, they would both work at the same time. You solder to the corresponding pin on the D-Pad connector on the motherboard.

If I do it your way then when ever I press (lets just say for example) the L2 button it would be the same as pressing left on the dpad AND on the analog stick (hence the reason for a switch).

Yes but his only works with the analog stick I want to make it switchable so I can use the dpad or analog stick (not at the same time) while playing a ps1 game
