usb joystick mod

im just wondering can anyone show me a wiring diagram for the usb joystick mod but for X[]/\O not the d-pad or analogue stick like shown in the tut by josenose, although the pics are broken in that tut.

well i know how to solder to the powerboard, but i dunno which wires i should solder to which pin on the usb female plug
