adobe premiere pro CS3

so i got adobe premiere pro cs3 on my pc


and i want to use it.

i got so far to put the acidmods intro in it, and a vid of one of the psp's i modded
but i want to add a picture too, i just got a new cam (sony cybershot) and the pictures are like 3078px-2048px. The problem is adobe premiere only shows like the middle of the pictures in the previeuw screen.

and is it normal that the previeuw screen has a lagg ?

hmm the video itself is lagging too


it should be 27 fps but it is nowhere near that.





you know, the video itself is smooth etc.. but after i edited it everything is shocking. for example: my hand is on  the right side of the psp, but i need to press the d-pad, so i move to the d-pad with my hand, but in the vid it is suddenly there.

im pretty sure thats an enconding problem during import and export of video - just need to play around with the settings related to that. i havnt used PP before so dont know where you would find them but when i was using final cut i realised that some codecs worked better than others and producted better end results
