OK, so, i want to make my own rapid fire controller and want to now what chip is the best for the job (8-pin) and i which programmer and program are the best to program the chip.

In another post you said you would write Hex's for people.. Could u post one for Dual Rapid Fire For Two Buttons For PIC12F683

No i never sad i write hex for a 8 pin chip.
i will be gald to give you hex code for the  "PIC16F84A"
i don't like 555 timer style installation
thats the lazy way .. you want a 555 timer you can buy a kit on ebay ready to go and already flash
no hex needed.
