PS3 D-pad in 360 controller
« on: July 04, 2008, 11:18:18 PM »
Hey again all,

I've managed to get a PS3 D-pad installed in a 360 shell, wasn't quite as bad as I thought it would be. More pics and info in the link. http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=655017

Don't mind the gaping holes between the shell and new D-pad, this is just a test controller to see how it would all pan out and it does work. I'll make up a nice Black one later on or most likely incorporate this into my PS360 controller sometime in the future.  http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=651946#

Then ya either have a 360 controller with a D-pad that's not that bad or just don't use it that much. ;)

Here's the newer Black one I've done up, looks much better and it is much, much more precise for Live games like MK, SF and the like.

I gotta admit it looks alright but I still would want to do it to my 360... good job on the second one though...
