the problem is you dont have a pc to test or to make changes to your modem's settings.
who set this up? how do you know it works in the first place, the problem could be on the internet companies end.
is it cable, or phone line??
if its cable do a hard restset, with it on and running, push the small button with a pin and hold it in for 15 seconds. let the modem come back on, wait about 5 mins and then try the xbox, let the modem get initialized first.
if its DSL (phone line) you need a password, or paraphrase, this could be from them or set up by you, your modem stores this password, I dont recomed preforming a hard reset unless you know the password.
if that dont work there are a few more things you could do, but you need a pc
call tech support from verison
learn to speak/type somewhat close to english, that could help people be more open to working with you. normally most threads wrote in broken ebonics like this one are ignored. but I am board today..LOL you dont even have to spell corectly, but dont go out of your way to sound like that (its not cool). have more pride in yourself than that.
