im jw if i go buy a 1000 dollar sound card and plug in the same crappy earphones into it is the sounds going to be any better?

That's not a $1500 sound card. That's an overpriced ~$100-150 sound card.

EDIT: Here, that "$1500" sound card, is either THIS or THIS.

Knowing that, I would never, EVER, buy from that site you found.
