tinting a psp screen

i was thinking about getting a chrome faceplate, and was wondering if it was more like the ghost ones with the clear piece of plastic over the screen being able to be removed from the faceplate, or if it was like the stock ones?

im asking this because i was wanting to tint the faceplate where the screen is chrome so when it is off it looks completely chrome, and you can still see the screen while you are playing. a more sleek look

you could just find a mirrored screen film on the Internet and cut it to size and apply it over the screen.

Just as I was going to say. If you have people in your area that do automotive window tinting, I am sure that you can get some scraps in just about any color from them for next to nothing.

just take apart your screen care fully and replace 4 of the 8 leds in side on the back light pretty ezy just make sure you have a potentiometer and voila i have to try that tho it sould work imagine purple uv screen

Very annoying, I don't know where you would find metallic tint film though?

Here in California we have a million auto window tinting shops.

They have it in a darknesses of tint as well as any color under the rainbow and metallics

I have seen silver, gold, red, and purple metallic tints.

If you want the silver metallic then when I am out this week I can stop by one and see if I can get you some scraps.
